Features of DELIMBE cover crop seeders:

The T20 seed drill hopper is equipped with two metering units, each powered by an independent electric motor. One unit operates with a green flute (low flow rate) for sowing small seeds, and the second unit, with a red flute (high flow rate), for sowing large seeds. To achieve a very high flow rate, operate both flutes simultaneously.

The distributor is equipped with a blower driven by a 12V electric motor. The seed descends uniformly into the outlets thanks to a ventilation turbine driven by a hydraulic motor, ensuring the pneumatic transfer of the seeds to a distribution head with 16 outlets.

The airflow transfers the seed into the flexible, corrugated tubes with an internal diameter of 40 mm. At the tube outlet, to better disperse the seed, it is preferable to use seed spreaders. These should be installed so that the seed projections cross each other, in front of a press roller to facilitate germination.

To maintain control of your seeding dosage, the T20 seed drills are equipped with a control box with 3 functions: starting the ventilation, starting and stopping the work of the groove at the end of the field (indicator light) and for the last graduated from 0 to 30, adjusting the seed output rate.

The T20 seed drills feature an adjustable flow rate from 5 to 336 kg/hour via an electronic control box in the cab. These tools can be adapted to all types of tillage implements, starting from 6 meters wide: tine cultivators, disc cultivators, tine harrows, pasture harrows, combine harvester headers, etc.
