Compared to traditional lead-acid batteries, Li-ion batteries offer a range of advantages:

2. No memory effect: they can be recharged at any time without their capacity decreasing over time.
3. Longer lifespan: Li-ion batteries have a longer lifespan than lead-acid batteries, which reduces maintenance costs and the frequency of replacements.
4. Increased energy efficiency: their increased energy efficiency allows for longer operating time between recharges.
5. Environmentally friendly: they do not contain heavy metals and their disposal is more environmentally friendly.

Despite its compact construction, the forklift has a relatively low unladen weight of 2,085 kg, making it easy to maneuver and reducing ground pressure. This is a significant advantage, especially in sensitive work environments. The forklift features a very short wheelbase and a single rear wheel, resulting in an exceptionally tight turning radius of just 1,508 mm. This small turning radius is ideal for maneuvering in tight spaces, between rows of shelves, and increases flexibility when placing and removing pallets.

The GSE12/4's controls are designed for easy operation from the driver's seat. Functions such as raising and lowering the forks, tilting them, and moving them laterally are easy to operate, increasing both productivity and operator safety.
