AQUATRANS water tanks are ideal for watering livestock during grazing. Available in models with capacities up to 5,100 liters, they are suitable for all herd sizes. Constructed from galvanized steel with a reinforced structure, they offer exceptional robustness and durability. Their design facilitates maneuverability and maintenance: a large manhole on the top allows for easy cleaning of the internal walls, while an outlet valve at the bottom ensures complete drainage to prevent the accumulation of impurities. A variant of the AQUATRANS is available as a stationary version on legs, without a drawbar or axle, making it more economical. This model can be transported on a trailer to supply water to external equipment such as sprayers, with a 2 1/2" discharge valve ensuring rapid refilling. High-strength steel and galvanization provide exceptional durability, while painted parts benefit from a 2K coating for long-lasting protection. The tank cradle, which also serves as a chassis and anchor point for the drawbar and running gear, contributes to the tank's strength while reducing its empty weight. Each AQUATRANS is equipped with a large manhole (Ø 450 mm) for easy filling, a watertight lid with an industrial seal, and a protected gauge for monitoring the water level. A 2 1/2" head at the rear allows for precise metering. To minimize the risk of tipping, AQUATRANS tanks are designed with a narrow diameter, ensuring a low center of gravity. They are available in pedestal or mobile versions, with a tank that can be converted between the two. AQUATRANS XL
The AQUATRANS XL is a mobile water tanker specifically designed for transporting large volumes of water. It combines all the qualities of its predecessors with a reinforced structure, ideal for intensive use. Its innovative design includes a bolted axle mounted on a lightweight, self-supporting frame, resulting in a very low center of gravity. This feature ensures remarkable stability and facilitates towing. The tank is equipped with baffles to minimize water sloshing during transport, guaranteeing optimal driving comfort and enhancing the vehicle's robustness. An efficient braking system and integrated lighting complete the equipment to ensure safety in all circumstances. To prevent the risk of tipping, JOSKIN's AQUATRANS XL models are designed with a small diameter: Ø 1,400 mm for the 6000 S model and Ø 1,500 mm for the 7000 S model. This configuration helps maintain a low center of gravity, thus reducing the risk of tipping on sloping terrain. The AQUATRANS XL water tank boasts a lightweight yet durable structure, constructed from high-strength steel and finished with galvanization, ensuring exceptional robustness and longevity. Painted parts are protected by a high-quality 2K paint, providing enhanced weather resistance. The tank features a cradle running the length of the cylinder, which serves as a chassis and anchor point for the one-piece drawbar and running gear, thus offering increased strength while reducing the empty weight. AQUATRANS XL tanks come standard with a large manhole (Ø 450 mm) for easy, splash-free filling, as well as a lid with a quick-release closure and watertight seal. They also feature a gauge protected by a deflector strip for monitoring the water level and a 2.5" head at the rear for precise dosing. For road transport, the AQUATRANS XL is equipped with dual-circuit air brakes (with optional hydraulic brakes), wide tires (400R22.5) for good traction, and approved lights for safe operation, even at night. A large-surface-area wave deflector is integrated to control water movement, particularly useful during long journeys with a partially full tank.
